These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrendingGossips.com website (the “Service”) operated by Trendingossips LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Trendingossips (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and publishers (“you” or “your”) who contribute custom blog posts to be published on Trendingossips.com (“the Website”).
1. Content Submission
1.1 By submitting custom blog posts or articles to Trendingossips, you grant us the non-exclusive right to publish, modify, distribute, and promote the content on our Website and other platforms affiliated with Trendingossips.
1.2 You do not retain the copyright and ownership of your submitted content. However, by submitting content to Trendingossips, you warrant that you have the legal right to publish the content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. Editorial Standards
2.1 We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submitted content that does not meet our editorial standards, violates our policies, or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
2.2 Content must be original, well-researched, and factually accurate. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Content should adhere to ethical guidelines and avoid promoting hate speech, discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.
3. Compensation
We may offer compensation or incentives for accepted custom blog posts, as mutually agreed upon between Trendingossips and the publisher. Compensation terms will be specified in writing prior to content submission. However registration costs a refundable $50 if any publisher is rejected.
4. Rights and Responsibilities
4.1 As a publisher on Trendingossips, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and quality of your submitted content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrendingGossips from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content.
4.2 You agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information about Trendingossips or other parties in your content without proper authorization.
5. Ownership of Data
Trendingossips retains the right to collect and analyze data related to content performance, user engagement, and other metrics associated with published content on the Website.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding compensation owed to the publisher will be paid within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Publishers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
