After the 2023 AFCON, Stanley Nwabali was warmly welcomed back to Nigeria with honors and gifts. He was awarded the Member of the Order of the Niger (M.O.N) national honor by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and received the State Honor of Distinguished Service Star of Rivers State from the Governor of Rivers State.
Additionally, Nwabali was given a cash prize of $70,700, a piece of land, and the title of Ugoh Egbema 1 of ONELGA by his community ruler. He also received $57,500 in AFCON bonuses and $13,200 from Rivers State, among other items which are yet to be verified.
As a result of his achievements, Nwabali’s Instagram followers skyrocketed from 27,000 to 703,000 in a short period of time.
