A New York judge named Arthur Engoron has instructed former American President Donald Trump to pay $463.9 million. This decision came as a result of a lawsuit filed against Trump’s organization by New York’s Attorney General, Letitia James, alleging civil fraud. It is claimed that Trump boosted his wealth to obtain larger bank loans in New York within a span of three years.

Donald Trump has accused Judge Arthur Engoron of corruption after Trump and his organizations were instructed to pay a hefty fine of $354 million, plus pre-judgment interest, totaling $463.9 million for civil fraud.

Following a three-year investigation, Attorney General James filed a lawsuit in September 2022 against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and other executives, alleging years of financial fraud and illegal behavior.

Trump intends to appeal the ruling, claiming it’s a witch hunt to divert attention from the 2024 Elections. Judge Arthur Engoron’s 92-page court order imposes restrictions on Trump’s organization, prohibiting Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. from serving as officers or directors of any New York entity for two years.

The order also bars recently convicted Allen Weisselberg, Trump’s former chief financial officer, and Jeffrey McConney, former corporate controller, from holding officer or director positions in any New York entity for three years, and prevents them from assuming financial control roles in any New York corporation.

Additionally, Donald Trump’s two sons must each pay a $4 million penalty, while Allen Weisselberg faces a $1 million penalty.
