Tate brothers (Andrew and Tristan) are been charged with old Sex trafficking and sexual assault charges between 2012 and 2015.

The Tate brothers are known for their outspoken and versatile nature challenging political and higher authorities They were arrested for sexual misconduct and human trafficking charges between 2012 and 2015 that were initially dropped.

The duo brothers are currently been tried in Romania where following the issuing of two Uk arrest warrants, the warrants were served by the westminster magistrate court in london.

The Tate brothers put out a short video explaining the circumstances which lead to their arrest.

They have been currently released from prison but are not allowed to leave Romania.

According to Tristan Tate in a recently shared video Romania has a law which is called “Preventive Detention Law” which allows law enforcement to keep you in jail if you are accused of a crime while investigations are carried out.

This Preventive detention law can keep you in prison for up to 180 days with the approval of a judge, he further went on to say that his country does not have enough evidence for a trial so they are likely trying to use this law to keep them in Romanian jail.

The Tate brothers are currently facing Extradition if they are found guilty of the alleged charges.

According to NBC news Adin Boss a popular livestream gaming personality triggered the arrest of the Tate brothers with the conversation he had with Andrew Tate during a livestream that alleged they had motive to flee Romania.

“Andrew had hit me up. He said, ‘Hey, I’m gonna be leaving Romania soon, and probably never coming back. If you want to come over and do a week of long streams and content before I leave, I think it’ll be big,’” Ross said on his livestream. “He said ‘It’s basically now or never.’”

“Again guys, it might be the last time we ever do this, so it’s kind of like we got to take advantage of this now,” Ross continued in the video which was shared online.
